Quick word on the Steve Bull redevelopment cancellation
It's interesting... When Morgan first announced the development, he said that each section would be decided on based on the situation of the team and how likely we look to retain our place in Premier League as that was of paramount importance to the redevelopment project. They took the decision to build the new Northbank because they felt it had to be done and they felt we'd stay up.
When Morgan announced the new TG and Academy development at Compton, he guaranteed it would not get in the way of the continuing stadium development. Yet today they're blaming the very same TG/Academy development...
Something doesn't add up here - I think these two points alone prove that Morgan has looked at the table, seen us 4 points adrift of the team above us and realises he's missed the boat on two big managers (MON and Sparky). So now, fearing for our Premier League place, he has pulled the plug on the redevelopment.
The next two weeks are HUGE. I wonder whether Mick will still be in a job, whether we'll be cut adrift further, whether the money "saved" from the Steve Bull rebuild will go into keeping this team in the Premier League.
So many questions...
Oh so little time...
It's now or never Morgan. This is the biggest test of his commitment to the cause to date.
